Associate Director - TA & HR Operations/ EV Startup

As a Recruitment and HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales, operations, mid-senior, and strategic roles within the organization. Your key duties will include building efficient systems for recruitment, appraisals, and policies to ensure scalability and resilience. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing engagement activities, conducting pulse checks, and collaborating with leadership to foster team building initiatives. Working closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders, you will contribute to organizational planning, establish hiring targets, and participate in team performance evaluations. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to assist in enhancing the employer branding of the company through social media posts and culture showcases. It is preferable to have at least 4-7 years of experience in HR roles within startup environments, focusing on recruitment and HR operations. Previous experience in hiring for sales, operations, analytical, and leadership positions will be advantageous. Candidates with a background in startup or high-growth settings will be given preference. The ideal candidate should possess strong ownership mentality, effective communication skills, and a track record of successful execution.
