We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Associate Director Supply Chain Management to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships, with a strong track record of delivering efficiency, cost savings, and service excellence.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead all facets of the supply chain function, including procurement, logistics, production planning, warehousing, inventory control, spare parts management, and demand planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive supply chain efficiency, reduce
operational costs, and improve service levels.- Manage and strengthen supplier relationships; lead contract negotiations, ensure vendor compliance, and uphold quality standards.
- Oversee accurate demand forecasting and optimize inventory levels to meet customer requirements while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and R&D to ensure supply chain operations support overall business objectives.
- Drive digital transformation within the supply chain by implementing ERP enhancements, transport management systems, and performance analytics dashboards.
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs and present performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international trade regulations, environmental laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team; foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management; preference for 18-20+ years.
- Proven experience managing supply chain operations for the US geography, including regulatory compliance and logistics.
- Strong understanding of global trade dynamics and tariff implications, particularly between China and other regions.
- Demonstrated ability in supplier partnership management, including cost negotiations and long-term value creation.
- Strong background in cost management, budgeting, and supply chain financial analysis.
- Experience in implementing and scaling supply chain technology solutions and ERP systems.
- Must have a stable career track record; candidates with frequent job changes may not be considered.
