Role Overview: Firstsource Solutions is a leading provider of customized Business Process Management (BPM) services, specializing in helping customers stay ahead of the curve through transformational solutions. As a Training Leader, you will be responsible for building predictable insight models, developing training strategies, collaborating with teams, overseeing training projects, and more. Your role will involve working closely with clients, designing training content, managing budgets, and executing governance plans. Key Responsibilities: - Build predictable insight models to keep the business ahead of the curve - Meet agreed KRAs and adapt to additional responsibilities as per business needs - Develop and maintain a training and development strategy for the Business - Collaborate with teams across geos and verticals to share best practices and drive continuous improvement - Lead the Training function for migration of new businesses to desired work locations - Design and execute frameworks for instructional design and training evaluation - Plan for resources and manage budget for training tools and resources - Propose learning methodologies to best suit target audience - Participate in key forums as an ambassador of Firstsource for the program - Recommend solutions to complex problems and manage multiple projects day-to-day Qualifications Required: - Experience in creating and managing strategic learning frameworks and deploying new age learning tools/practices - Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and content creation software - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Planning and execution skills - Ability to proactively identify current and future needs - Good interpersonal and analytical skills - Strong people management skills - Experience in leading learning teams across locations Note: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
