As an Associate Director at Zeno Group, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results for clients, driving innovative strategies, and expanding the portfolio. You will lead impactful campaigns encompassing traditional PR, digital strategies, and social media. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to provide strategic counsel to clients, crafting communication plans integrating traditional PR, digital, and social media strategies, overseeing day-to-day client operations, building strong relationships, and maintaining high service standards. You will offer senior-level guidance, inspire account teams, and work on expanding into varied sectors when needed to broaden the agency's reach and expertise. Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, leading efforts to secure new business, and staying attuned to industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics are also key responsibilities. You will manage relationships with other offices and practices to provide seamless client service, assist in growing cross-border relationships, study best practices, recommend and monitor project initiatives, and contribute to positive culture at Zeno. About You: - PR is your passion, with 8+ years of client servicing experience across sectors (B2B technology experience preferred). - Deep understanding of integrated communications and digital savviness. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on maintaining and growing client relationships while driving new business opportunities. - Adaptable and eager to apply expertise across various industries, demonstrating a willingness to learn and innovate. - Excellent people manager, client counselor, and adept at writing and presenting. - Up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in communications. - Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and inspire teams, fostering a positive work culture.
