Job Description

As an Associate Director of Product at Anchanto, you will play a crucial role in the Product Management team for supply chain execution systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Product Roadmap Management: Developing and managing multiple roadmaps for supply chain execution systems. This involves supporting market research, competitor analysis, and addressing feature requests from customers. - Product Roadmap Prioritization and Planning: Collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams to plan and prioritize current and future product sprints. Ensuring alignment with the product vision and goals. - User Stories Development: Translating requirements into Epics, developing user stories, and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder input. Supporting the development of product documentation, release notes, BRDs, and user guides. - User Interviews: Conducting user interviews and usability tests to derive actionable insights. - Product Monitoring: Developing and monitoring product KPIs, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring alignment with product vision and meeting QA standards and customer expectations. - Communication: Regularly connecting with stakeholders, engineering, QA, and customers to provide product updates and gather feedback. Communicating product features, functionalities, and SLA expectations to stakeholders. - Sales & Marketing Support: Co-developing content for product marketing, supporting the sales team for product demos and RFPs. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields. - 6+ years of work experience in product management with knowledge of best practices. Experience working for international companies is a plus. - 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations or domain knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Inventory Management Systems. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Ability to work under pressure, deliver quality work in time-critical situations, and stay updated on new innovations in the Supply Chain Execution systems space. - Experience in solving large-scale problems for customers and simplifying complex concepts for them. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate solution concepts through sketches and wireframes. - Comfortable presenting work to executives, large groups, and customers. Strong communication skills to bring clarity to stakeholders and team members. - Self-motivated, able to work independently, collaborative, and driven by group critique.,
