Job Description

As the Associate Director, People Operations at our company, your role will involve overseeing the global people operations function, ensuring smooth and accurate HR operations. You will lead a high-performing team in India to deliver consistent and high-quality service throughout the employee lifecycle, HR helpdesk, compliance activities, and program operations for company-wide initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead daily HR operations, ensuring timely delivery across the employee lifecycle. - Manage the HR helpdesk (Jira) to drive SLA adherence and clear communication. - Oversee AI HR service platform operations (Wisq) including knowledge base governance and maintenance. - Execute operational components of HR programs such as performance review cycles and compliance training. - Monitor and maintain Workday and ADP data accuracy. - Own global HR compliance operations, ensuring processes are executed in line with local laws. - Manage recurring and adhoc report requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Maintain and update HR documentation in the knowledge base for easy access by employees, managers, and HR. - Track SLAs and quality metrics to monitor service delivery performance and address issues promptly. - Lead and develop the Shared Services team, fostering a service mindset and alignment to global HR priorities. **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of HR operations or shared services experience in a global company. - 5+ years of experience managing teams in a centralized HR service delivery environment. - Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, HR helpdesk/ticketing tools, and documentation platforms. - Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, compliance requirements, and program operations. - Experience coordinating global HR compliance processes and supporting global HR programs. - Ability to work across cultures and time zones with clear communication skills. - Experience in fast-paced environments, familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms. You will succeed in this role if you can balance a strategic mindset with hands-on work, deliver consistently on service commitments, keep your team focused and organized, develop strong partnerships with global stakeholders, maintain attention to detail, and embrace change and continuous improvement.
