Associate Director - Onboarding

As an Associate Director leading the Onboarding team within the Customer Success department at Keka, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition for new customers, driving customer success, and satisfaction. With your 12-15 years of experience in customer success and strong background in onboarding processes, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the onboarding of new customers, collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth transition, and monitoring onboarding metrics to optimize processes. You will lead a team of onboarding specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship while acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues during the onboarding process. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven leadership experience of at least 5 years. Your excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be essential in managing customer onboarding processes effectively.
