Associate Director of Sales - Mid Market

Our solutions include the Onboarding Platform, Fraud & Risk Management Platform, and Privacy & Data Governance Platform. We are dedicated to ensuring that every interaction begins with confidence. Your role at IDfy will involve developing and implementing strategic plans to expand enterprise and mid-market accounts. You will devise effective account growth strategies through upsell and cross-sell motions, as well as retain clients by fostering strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within customer organizations. By identifying and articulating the value added by IDfy products, you will present this data to customer stakeholders to build deep relationships. Your responsibilities will also include recommending changes in products, services, and policies based on market trends and evolving client needs. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions that help customers derive value from IDfy products will be crucial. Additionally, you will be accountable for revenue generation within your territory, with a focus on major-sized accounts and identifying opportunities for growth. Proficiency in sales, account planning, execution, and territory management will be key, as well as effectively forecasting territory and account growth. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of technology and SAAS products, along with at least 8 years of experience in selling SAAS products to industries such as Financial Services, Fintech, E-commerce, and Gaming. A willingness to learn, grow as a leader, and share best practices is essential. We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking ownership of processes and outcomes. Effective business communication skills, both verbal and written, are highly valued in this role.,
