Role & responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the tele-collections team to achieve monthly and annual collection targets.
  
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes to improve recovery rates.
  
• Monitor daily team activities, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards related to debt collection.
  
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations to continuously improve team skills and results.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Sales to resolve disputed cases and streamline collection efforts.
  
• Analyze collection data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  
• Manage budgets, resources, and technology tools required for tele-collection operations.
  
• Maintain a customer-centric approach while ensuring companys credit policies are upheld.
