Associate Director

You will be joining a forward-thinking global media/marketing agency that operates from ten offices across four continents. With our mobile-native legacy, we stand ahead in the hyperconnected age, coupled with our data-centric, ROI-positive approach that positions us as industry leaders. Your responsibilities in this role will include leading and nurturing digital media professionals, representing the agency in the industry, and playing a crucial role in important pitches to drive agency revenue growth. You will be tasked with generating and closing new profitable business opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and participation in RFPS. Your ability to strategize and execute successful high-budget digital marketing campaigns across various platforms will be key. Collaborating with local regional leaders, you will define and implement new business strategies and tactics, design multi-platform digital marketing strategies, and develop client relationships to sustainably grow the business. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong fundamental understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google, Meta, Programmatic, and Mobile measurement platforms. With 8-10 years of digital marketing/media experience, including 3-4 years of team leadership experience in the digital marketing/media space, you are well-equipped to take on this role. Your knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, strong communication skills, brand relationships, commercial acumen, and passion for staying updated on consumer and business trends will be essential in driving success in this role.,
