Associate Director (Influencer Marketing)

Role: Associate Director – Enterprise Accounts

What You’ll Own:

• Strategic Account Management:

  Take full ownership of enterprise brand relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for CMOs, marketing heads, and senior stakeholders.

• Revenue Growth:

  Drive upsells, cross-sells, and renewals across your book of business. Own quarterly revenue targets and work closely with the sales and campaign teams to exceed them.

• Client Success:

  Ensure seamless campaign delivery by partnering with internal operations, creative, and influencer teams. Be accountable for client satisfaction and retention.

• Team Leadership:

  Mentor and manage a team of account managers to deliver world-class service and scalable solutions.

• Consultative Selling:

  Become a trusted advisor to brands, guiding them on how to best leverage influencer marketing to achieve their goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–10 years of experience in client-facing roles – preferably in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or advertising.
• Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – you’re comfortable working with C-level executives.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines without breaking a sweat.
• Leadership experience – you’ve managed teams or large cross-functional projects.
• Passion for influencer marketing and the evolving creator economy.
