Associate Director, Corporate Intelligence, South Asia

As a Business Intelligence Project Manager in India and other South Asian markets, your role will involve managing a variety of complex projects and developing business through client engagement. You will also be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of high-performing consultants. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying and cultivating opportunities to develop new business from domestic or international clients - Building Control Risks" brand in the Indian market by attending industry events and business development functions - Working with the head of the Business Intelligence practice and other stakeholders to implement the team's growth strategy In terms of casework, you will be expected to oversee multiple complex assignments, create project teams, set plans, deliverables, and project budgets. This will include assignments such as commercial intelligence, litigation and arbitration support, investigations, and transactional due diligence. Additionally, you will need to manage output from direct reports, ensure quality control, and uphold the highest service delivery standards. Effective project pricing, structuring, and management to achieve profit and margin targets will also be a part of your responsibilities. Practice management will involve leading, developing, and coaching a high-performing team, managing performance, and providing specialist training. You will invest in enhancing the team, colleagues, service line, and client relationships. Identifying and resolving skill gaps, as well as supporting recruitment and retention of high-caliber consultants in consultation with local management, will also be crucial.
