Associate Director – Business Support with Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics Leadership:

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Drive analytics initiatives to identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.

Data Governance:

• Develop and implement data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Manage complex datasets and oversee the integration of analytics into business decision-making.

Strategic Insights:

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Present analytical findings to stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives with evidence-based insights.

Operational Support:

• Oversee key administrative functions such as payroll processing, compliance, and team resource management.
• Drive process automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Leadership and Mentorship:

• Lead a team of analysts and administrative professionals, promoting best practices in data analysis and operations.
• Mentor team members to develop their analytical and operational skills.

Continuous Improvement:

• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize business processes and enhance team performance.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions for data analysis and operational challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in business analytics or related fields, with a focus on operational and strategic insights.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions and managing complex projects.

• Experience must have in Airlines.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.

• Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver results within tight timelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
