Analytics Manager

As an Analytics Manager, you will be a valued member of a diverse and skilled team, working on a significant Brand Equity tracking project for a regional client in multiple Therapy Areas across various Asia Pacific markets. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in programming, particularly in MS Excel VBA, and statistical skills using tools like SPSS, R, and Q to conduct analyses, supporting research executives, and contributing to shaping client's brand strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct statistical analysis using primary market research data - Advise on sample size and questionnaire design - Build Excel tools for various studies - Engage in training initiatives to enhance analytical techniques awareness - Liaise with data teams, respond to statistical queries, interpret analysis results - Support senior researchers in client-facing activities **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in data science, market research advanced methods, or digital analytics - Expertise in SPSS, R, and additional tools like Python and Xlstats is highly beneficial - Experience in Key Drivers Analysis, SEM, Segmentation, Conjoint analysis, and similar methodologies - Exposure to healthcare is an added advantage - Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and possessing strong communication skills Research Partnership fosters a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and personal development.
