Analytics Manager

As a Research and Analytics Manager with 3 to 5+ years of experience, your role will involve working on a major Brand Equity tracking project for a regional client covering multiple Therapy Areas across Asia Pacific markets. You will collaborate with colleagues in Europe, India, and Singapore, reporting to the Analytics Director based in the UK. This project offers a significant platform for you to impact the client's brand strategies positively. Key Responsibilities: - Apply programming skills, especially in MS Excel VBA, along with statistical expertise in SPSS/R/Q for running analyses. - Educate research executives on statistical and digital methodologies, providing support at all project stages. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of practical experience in market research advanced methods, marketing science, or digital analytics. - Proficiency in SPSS and R is mandatory, while familiarity with Python, Q-research, Sawtooth, Xlstats is desirable. - Essential experience in Key Drivers Analysis, SEM, Segmentation, Conjoint analysis, Maxdiff, TURF, with desirable exposure to secondary data, econometric modeling, Bayesian networks, and Machine learning models. - Some background in Healthcare is necessary for this role.,
