You should be independent, self-driven, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.Tech degree, preferably from B2B product-based companies, with a focus on Computer Science or related fields. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of professional experience working with modern UI frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential, along with hands-on experience in Functional Programming in JS, ES2015+, Git, Webpack, TDD, and OOP JS. Experience with REST APIs, promises, event loops, Jest, browser debugging, and performance testing is desired.
