Job Description

As a Brand / Campaign Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. With a focus on personalization and omni-channel execution, you will leverage your expertise in tools like Adobe Marketo and Unica to optimize campaign performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies across various platforms enhancing the company's brand presence. Responsibilities: - Assist brand teams with segmentation positioning and competitive differentiation tailored for Gx (i.e. HCP INN etc.) in competitive retail or pharmacy led markets. - Provide guidance to country teams on initiatives to optimize investment & effort across maturity stages (i.e. pathways to disinvest in declining brands & strategically re-invest). - Develop a deep understanding of client brand markets, target audience, competitors among others. Based on understanding of the client's larger goal, help build an overall marketing strategy. - Work with counterparts on channel strategy, content strategy, media planning, media buying (advisory), traditional channel liaisoning, all the while managing marketing budgets. - Work on personalization and targeting strategies in line with overall journeys to ensure optimized results. - Identify areas of improvement for the client and consult the client, integrating new technology/systems/channels. - Lead and mentor teams of content MarTech specialists, analysts among others, ensuring overall smooth execution of the strategy. - Conduct meetings with senior client leadership, enable them with decision-making, and ensure the continued growth of business. - Lead key efforts of branding, new product enablement, creative conceptualization, and marketing automation.
