As a seasoned Digital Campaign Development expert with a minimum of 5+ years of industry experience, you will be responsible for building campaigns end to end of an enterprise grade using skills such as Adobe Campaign or Unica. It is preferred that you have worked on Adobe or Unica products for the last 3+ years and have experience with any of the Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEM, Audience Manager, Target). Your role will involve customer-focused targeting, segmentation techniques, and marketing essentials. You should possess technical skills in SQL & Javascript, XML, HTML, and CSS, along with an understanding of relational databases and CRM and Analytical systems. Additionally, you will be facing customers on a regular basis to effectively communicate with respective stakeholders. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in campaign development and marketing technology. The primary focus of the role will be on marketing platform development such as Adobe Campaign. You will be expected to build end-to-end campaigns of enterprise grade for top brands in their respective sectors. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in tools such as Adobe Campaign / Unica, Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEM, Audience Manager, Target), and skills in SQL, Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS, CRM, and relational databases. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Campaign Consultant for our Client. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Unica, enabling them to contribute effectively to data analysis, visualization, and campaign management efforts. Key Responsibilities:- Utilize advanced SQL querying techniques to extract, transform, and manipulate large datasets from various sources to meet analytical requirements. Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators, trends, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful data visualizations. Leverage Unica to design, execute, and monitor targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance. Generate ad-hoc reports and respond to data-related inquiries in a timely manner. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance data quality and analytical efficiency. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience 2 to 5 years as Analyst or similar role within the telecom industry. Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Proficiency in Tableau for creating insightful and interactive data visualizations. Hands-on experience with Unica for marketing campaign management and automation. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cloud-Native Deployment Engineer to join our team to support and manage the deployment of HCL Unica in cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cloud-native architecture and containerized deployment (Docker/Kubernetes), along with a basic understanding of marketing automation platforms. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and configure HCL Unica Suite (Campaign, Interact, Platform, etc.) in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Set up, monitor, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Unica deployment and updates using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc. Troubleshoot deployment issues and performance bottlenecks in cloud environments. Collaborate with cloud architects, developers, and marketing platform teams to ensure successful deployments. Maintain deployment documentation and operational runbooks. Support migration of on-premise Unica instances to cloud-native infrastructure. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in cloud-native application deployment. Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration. Familiarity with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform (nice to have). Basic understanding of HCL Unica (Campaign/Interact/Platform) or other marketing automation platforms. Good understanding of databases, networking, firewalls, load balancing, and security practices in the cloud. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with HCL Unica Cloud Native or deploying large-scale enterprise marketing solutions. Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch. Exposure to Agile development and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
