Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager for Analytics & Digital Engagement Products in the BFSI segment in India at the AGM/GM level, you will be based in Mumbai and should have 8 to 12 years of experience in the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting clients to understand their needs, identifying decision makers and influencers, and mapping out the customer buying process. You will be expected to engage with C-level executives to build and maintain relationships, as well as identify and manage sales channels like system integrators and value-added resellers to efficiently drive sales. Your role will also involve structuring and creating compelling commercial proposals, selling standard software solutions to enterprises within the Financial Institutions sector, and taking ownership of quarterly sales targets. To succeed in this position, you should have a proven track record of 8-10 years in selling standard software products like Unica, SAS, SAP, or cloud-based solutions to the Financial Industry in India. You must possess strong relationships with key decision makers in leading banks, consistently achieving annual sales targets of at least 2 million USD. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in presentation and negotiation techniques. A deep understanding of Finance Industry trends, as well as knowledge of big data and analytics, will be crucial for this role. Experience in managing system integrators and value-added resellers, an MBA qualification, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment are highly desirable. A proactive and independent approach, with a history of success in small company environments, will be advantageous.
