Job Description

We’re Hiring: Associate Director – Banquet Sales (Corporate)

Join our prestigious hospitality brand and take the lead in driving banquet and events revenue through strategic corporate partnerships, client engagement, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and manage corporate banquet sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and MICE partners.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance the hotel’s market presence in the corporate segment.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and client preferences.
  • Create customized banquet packages and promotions tailored to client needs.

Revenue & Event Management:

  • Collaborate with F&B, Events, and Operations teams to deliver seamless and high-quality banquet experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Oversee negotiations, proposals, contracts, and client follow-ups to ensure conversion and satisfaction.

Client Experience & Relationship Management:

  • Ensure premium client servicing and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
  • Handle client feedback promptly and effectively to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.

Team Leadership:

  • Guide and mentor the banquet sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular training to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 10–12 years in banquet or MICE sales, with strong exposure to the corporate segment.

Industry Focus:

Luxury Hotels, Premium Event Venues, or Hospitality Chains.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth.
