Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI solutions with quality, scalability, and timeliness.
Translate business requirements into AI solution roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
Monitor solution performance (business impact, adoption, and model effectiveness).
Build and present executive dashboards to leadership teams.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks and adoption processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve delivery challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

8–15 years of experience in
AI/analytics/technology delivery
.
Strong knowledge of
AI/GenAI lifecycles, model deployment, and monitoring
.
Excellent skills in
business analysis, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder management
.
Hands-on familiarity with tools like
JIRA, Power BI/Tableau, ML monitoring platforms
.
Prior exposure to
insurance, financial services, or SaaS
(preferred).
Understanding of
AI governance and operationalization at scale
.
