Enterprise Comms MarTech Experiences (ECMX),

Enterprise Communication Enablement and Transformation (ECET)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who can help achieving the delivery targets for Communications (including but not limited to Paper, Email, SMS and Mobile App Push Notifications).

Core Responsibilities

Developing templates on the inhouse platform -Raven, Collaborate with Testing teams for E2 testing and validations.

Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to drive sprint planning, backlog management, and end-to-end delivery.

Create solutions to complex technical challenges across various platforms, systems of record, and teams, to deliver scalable and innovative capabilities.

Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead corrective actions.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for prioritization, capacity planning, and risk assessment.

Good Communications skills and a team-player

Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Compliance, Testing, Business Stakeholder)

Good to have experience conducting POCs to improve platform efficiency.

Strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive outcomes independently.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of Architectural Flow.

Proven track record of shaping the product vision and delivering digital capabilities.

Highly collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Preferred leadership skills with ability to build relationships

Demonstrated strategic thinking, proven ability to drive results and robust problem-solving skills

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree plus 2+ years of experience in Java Comms Platforms(preferred)

Strong understanding of rules/logics, analytical approach

2+ years experience working in an Agile product development environment.
