The Associate, based out of Bengaluru, will will anchor the implementation of all components of the initiative, while working closely with officials from health and municipal depts., along with the broader vector-borne disease team of WJCF and health & climate, and data & AI teams at Artpark.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the embedded resource with the BBMP Special Health Commissioner, supporting operational oversight on various components of the initiative.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure high quality and sustainable data pipeline for input into AI-enabled risk prediction platform
- Support incorporation of risk insights from the AI-enabled risk prediction platform in BBMP s institutional workflows for planning of interventions, allocation of resources and reviews through briefs and reports.
- Facilitate Steering Committee review and monitoring of ward level action plans and RRT micro plans.
- Support BBMP in designing initiatives to engage and manage partnerships with private sector providers, labs, and medical associations to expand surveillance, diagnostics, and case management.
- Represent the program in city-level consultations, policy dialogues, and donor engagements as required.
- Design capacity building programs for training of (1) BBMP officials on interacting with risk dashboard (2) health workers on using PRISM-H App. Technical support to zonal coordinators for conducting trainings at zonal level.
- Anchor a robust M&E dashboard for various KPIs of the initiative, proactively identify implementation bottlenecks, escalate to BBMP and support mitigation measures.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to zonal coordinators, ensuring consistency and quality across zones.
- Develop standardize templates, IEC materials, and operating procedures to improve field implementation and citizen engagement.
- Contribute to synthesizing learnings from implementation and evaluation efforts to inform new ideas and guide intervention design.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in public health, urban planning, management, environmental studies, public policy, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in public health program implementation, health systems strengthening, or multi-stakeholder urban governance initiatives
- Demonstrated experience working with government institutions, preferably municipal corporations, state health departments
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, including government officials, private sector providers, and community-based organizations
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data, and respond to evidence needs from senior stakeholders and donors
- Experience in program monitoring, M&E dashboards, and use of digital/data platforms for decision support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada are essential
- High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with data visualization tools
