Job Requirements Role/Job Title: Associate Debt Manager-Flows-Rural Assets Function/Department: Collections Job Purpose As an Associate Debt Manager-Flows-Rural Assets, you will be responsible for managing the debt portfolio of rural clients and driving business growth in the rural banking segment. You will work closely with the Debt Management-Flows team and the Field team to identify potential clients, assess their financial needs, and offer suitable financial solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients in rural areas for debt products Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment of potential clients Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate with the Field team to conduct client meetings and promote debt products Monitor and manage the debt portfolio of rural clients, including timely collections and resolution of any issues Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Provide regular reports and updates on the debt portfolio to the management team Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements while conducting business activities Education Qualification Graduation - Any Graduate Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in collections Show more Show less
