Associate Dean

As a candidate for the position, you are expected to possess strong academic and administrative skills, be a proficient communicator, and exhibit leadership qualities as a team builder, team player, and team leader in the field of Economics. - Hold a Master's degree in Economics with a consistent academic record of at least 55% marks recognized by AICTE/UGC. - Possess a Ph.D. or be a Fellow of Indian Institute of Management or an equivalent institute recognized by AICTE and AIU. - Have a minimum of ten years of experience in teaching, industry, research, or a professional field, with at least five years at the level of Reader or equivalent. - Alternatively, if from the industry, hold a Master's degree in Economics with significant professional work experience equivalent to a Ph.D. and twelve years of managerial experience, with at least eight years at a level comparable to Reader/Assistant Professor. - Demonstrate high-quality published work and active engagement in research with a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals, including books, research periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, consultancy projects, and filed patents. - Desirable qualifications include teaching, research, or professional experience in a reputed organization, published research papers, patents, books, or technical reports, experience in guiding project work or supervising R&D projects, leadership in organizing academic activities, and the capacity to lead sponsored R&D consultancy activities. - Master's degree in Economics with at least 55% marks recognized by AICTE/UGC. - Ph.D. or Fellow of Indian Institute of Management or an equivalent recognized by AICTE and AIU. - Minimum ten years of experience in teaching, industry, research, or a professional field, with at least five years at the level of Reader or equivalent. - Alternatively, significant professional work experience equivalent to a Ph.D., twelve years of managerial experience, with at least eight years at a level comparable to Reader/Assistant Professor, and a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals.,
