Demonstrated published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of at least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals, including books, research periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, consultancy projects, and filed patents. Desirable conditions: - Teaching, research, and/or professional experience in a reputed organization. - Published work such as research papers, filed/obtained patents, books, and technical reports. - Experience in guiding project work / dissertations of PG / Research Students or supervising R & D projects in the industry. - Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, industrial, and professional activities. - Ability to undertake/lead sponsored R & D consultancy and related activities.,
