Associate Data Analyst

As a Product Data Specialist at Eaton, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing product information in the Product Data Hub. With a primary focus on achieving exceptional data quality, consistency, and completeness for a vast portfolio of over 6 million products worldwide, you will be an integral part of the Electrical group. Your responsibilities will include collecting and standardizing demand data from various customers, collaborating with the Demand Planning and Commercial teams for monthly demand planning processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by working closely with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will assist the Product Data management team in tasks related to data cleanup, validation, and maintenance within the PDH tool. Your keen attention to detail will be vital in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of product data on a global scale. You will be accountable for gathering, organizing, documenting, and inputting detailed product information, showcasing your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills both independently and as part of a team. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Business Development team to execute and distribute regular sales and marketing reports. A strong understanding of Demantra functionalities and reporting tools will be essential as you develop and generate reports using Demantra's reporting tools. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical, possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in electronics products and components, product data management, and demonstrate excellent communication skills while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
