Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Associate to join our Business Development team in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to engage directly with senior consultants and clients, contributing significantly to strategic projects and business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior consultants in business planning, strategy formulation, and execution.
• Conduct in-depth market research, data analysis, and preparation of insightful reports.
• Coordinate with existing clients, ensuring smooth project management and delivery.
• Identify and engage prospective clients, assisting in expanding our client portfolio.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and client communications with clarity and precision.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in business consulting, strategy, or business development roles.
• Strong analytical and independent research capabilities (ability to deliver without reliance on AI tools).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
• Prior experience or keen interest in business strategy development.
• Highly desirable: Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher).

Experience Level:

• Fresh MBA graduates or Bachelor’s degree holders with relevant experience (0-2 years).

Location:

• Gurugram (On-site)/ Hybrid.
