Associate Creative Director

We’re looking for a passionate Associate Creative Director to bring innovative ideas to life and drive impactful visual storytelling. If you have a keen eye for design, a strategic mindset, and a flair for creativity, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Creative Direction: Lead and execute high-quality visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and digital content.
• Design Oversight: Supervise and guide the design team to maintain brand consistency and artistic excellence.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns.
• Photoshoots & Production: Oversee photoshoots, video production, and creative asset development.
• Multi-Platform Expertise: Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms—digital, social media, print, and OOH.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning visuals.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate fresh, innovative design approaches.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in design/art direction (preferably in an agency setting).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
