Role Overview:

Associate Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Concepting:

• Lead ideation for branded video content - be it a 6-second social ad, a 30-second TVC, or a 90-second brand story.

• Scriptwriting:

• Write scripts that are tight, tonally sharp, and visual with a knack for narrative and timing.

• Pitches & Presentations:

• Craft compelling decks and present them with clarity and conviction to clients and brand teams.

• Client Interaction:

• Engage with clients to decode briefs, gather feedback, and steer creative conversations with maturity.

• Creative Strategy:

• Understand brand tone, business objectives, and platform-specific nuances to develop video-first strategies.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the director, producers, editors, and designers to take an idea from paper to screen — ensuring the integrity of the concept remains intact.

• Mentorship:

• Guide junior writers and creatives — offering feedback, perspective, and direction.

• Trend Spotting:

• Stay updated with digital content trends, pop culture moments, and innovations in storytelling formats.

You Must Have:

• 3–5 years of experience in an agency or content studio
• Strong reel/portfolio of executed campaigns (video-heavy)
• A flair for writing - sharp dialogue, voiceovers, campaign thought-starters
• Comfort with fast turnarounds and high-pressure pitch cycles
• Strong interpersonal skills - clients, creatives, chaos - you handle it all
• Understanding of different formats: from thumb- stopping Instagram videos to high-production-value TVCs
• A curious mind and a collaborative soul

• Have directed or assisted on shoots
• Are comfortable with visual decks and basic design layout
• Have worked with both startups and legacy brands
• Bring meme literacy and platform instinct (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts
