Associate Counsellor

Role Overview: As an Associate Counsellor at Collegedunia Web Private Limited, your main responsibility will be to counsel and coach students throughout their study abroad journey, from profile evaluation to reaching their destination. You will closely collaborate with various stakeholders within the company, including the application and visa teams. Utilizing internal CRM tools, consultant portals, and Google Sheets will be crucial for ensuring a seamless process. Your role will also involve resolving issues related to university finalizing, filing applications, and achieving as well as maintaining the students" sales target. Additionally, you may receive other tasks assigned by your manager.
