Abrasives Business GNO’s Abrasives Business, markets and manufactures a full range of Bonded Abrasives, Coated Abrasives (including Non-woven Abrasives), Thin Wheels and Superabrasives. Key Responsibilities: Position : Associate - Content Development (Off role) Job Location : Bangalore(Budigere cross near KR Puram) Responsibilities : Convert existing training slides into interactive e-learning modules to support self-learning and future LMS integration. Develop bite-sized microlearning videos on key topics, including application-specific content. Create scenario-based learning modules to help the sales team understand product features, USPs, and specifications. Transform product sales guides and catalogs into microlearning videos or image-based nuggets for better accessibility. Design comprehensive learning journeys by curating engaging content (videos, articles, knowledge nuggets) for hosting on the LMS. Produce high-quality training videos through video shooting and editing. Develop creatives and promotional content to enhance learning engagement. Skills & Experience Required: Experience in multimedia production and designing engaging training content. Instructional Design expertise with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Experience in video shooting & editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia). Strong storyboarding, storytelling, and visualization skills to simplify complex concepts. Experience in multimedia production and designing engaging training content. Any Bachelor’s degree with preferably MBA Experience of 2-3 years of experience in creating learning content and E-Learning development.
