Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Consultant to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in forensic investigations and compliance. ### Roles and Responsibility Maintain accurate records in systems and Excel for efficient data management. Validate information and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with verification sources and update internal databases for seamless communication. Follow up with HR SPOC/Institute/Colleges/Universities to close verification checks within defined timelines. Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet client needs. Collaborate with other operations departments to resolve issues and improve processes. ### Job Requirements Prior experience in transformation projects in the banking domain is preferred, along with strong business requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems, focusing on delivering insightful and practical solutions. Experience in market research, company profiling, and secondary research is desirable.
