Associate Consultant - ERP Implementation

As a Project Consultant at Avalara Professional Services, you will play a crucial role in leading client Avalara AvaTax software projects and ensuring successful implementation for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), retail, and e-commerce solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Articulating and managing project scopes - Monitoring client projects and understanding customer requirements - Following best practices for tax automation and conveying business process requirements - Assisting in testing plans and training clients on Avalara products - Maintaining project and internal system updates throughout the project lifecycle To excel in this role, you should possess 2-3 years of software delivery experience in the B2B sector, a strong understanding of accounting and tax processes, and experience in working with clients at various organizational levels. A customer-focused and teamwork-oriented approach, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, will be essential for success. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with multiple ERP and e-commerce solutions, demonstration of Avalara Success Traits, and positive references from management and team members.
