Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead primary and secondary research to generate insights.
• Contribute to problem-solving and ideating for solutions.
• Monitor mid-to-large-sized programs within the CSR portfolio.
• Document and prepare key project artifacts (notes, decks, databases) to ensure efficient delivery of quality client-facing products.
• Create reports and tools to inform the effectiveness of projects.
• Document learnings to create reusable knowledge.
• Contribute to the creation of proposals.
• Support other team members and the larger organization when required.
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 2-4 years of work experience in consulting, CSR project management, or stakeholder management in a corporate or social enterprise environment, along with a postgraduate degree.
• Skills: Efficient in time and quality management, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficient in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Qualities: The ability to cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, an understanding and application of corporate social responsibility regulations, and a focus on achieving meaningful, measurable outcomes.
