Job Profile :


The role holder is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and enhancing brand positioning within the luxury segment. In this role, you will implement sales strategies, manage key HNI/UHNI clients, and represent the brand to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities:

Sales & Client relationship building:


This role involves crafting personalized experiences for high-net-worth clients, and ensuring exceptional service standards. Implement and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and close deals. Drive the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring high service standards. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to secure deals. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Customer Experience Excellence

Deliver bespoke sales experiences tailored to the specific needs and preferences of high-end clients. Handle client queries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure that every interaction with clients meets the highest standards of luxury and personalization. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer experience.

Industry awareness

Keep abreast with luxury market trends, customer behaviours, and preferences. Maintain deep knowledge of the luxury products and services offered by the company. Present offerings in a way that resonates with the high-end market.

Collaboration:


Work with the marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts.

Skills & competencies

:

Impeccable presentation and grooming, reflecting the luxury brand s image. Results-driven, with a passion for exceeding expectations. High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with discerning clients. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours, including weekends, as needed for events or client meetings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver personalized, high-touch client experiences.

Practice

: 9+ years with 4+ years of experience in luxury sales, retail, or a similar high-end market role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-profile clients.

Educational Qualification

: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Added advantage:


Familiarity with high-end sales techniques and building exclusive client portfolios. Experience in managing and promoting high-value products or services in a competitive market. A strong network of affluent individuals or businesses within the luxury segment is a plus.
