As a key member of the product operations team, your role will involve translating operational and execution efforts into successful user stories through data metrics, analysis, and automation. You will collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to understand data requirements, develop SQL queries, create reports for data visualization, establish data management methodologies, and work closely with sales teams to optimize workflows and projects on the marketplace. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, at least 2 years of experience in data management and analysis, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SQL, and Snowflakes (knowledge of Tableau and Looker is a plus), strong communication skills, ability to adapt quickly, sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, you should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently towards team goals.
