Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Reporting / Performance II to join our Performance team. This role is located in Pune, MH-India – HYBRID.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Join a dynamic team, working closely with Portfolio Managers and Performance Analysts, playing an integral role in daily and monthly returns calculation for various reporting purposes.
• Calculate index, fund, and client returns (daily, monthly, yearly) for Active and Indexing strategies.
• Perform attribution analysis for Active and Indexing strategies.
• Reconcile cash flows between systems.
• Identify corporate action events impacting the performance of accounts/funds.
• Detect pricing issues affecting account/fund performance.
• Conduct account research to finalize returns.
• Address performance-related ad hoc queries from Portfolio Managers, Client Relationship teams, and RFP/RFQ teams.
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in Performance Measurement and Attribution.
• Basic understanding of Power BI and Excel macros.
• Familiarity with Aladdin and FactSet.
