Job Description

As a Channel Sales Operations Associate at BMC, you will play a key role in providing remote sales operations support for the BMC Sales Ecosystem across all regions globally. Your main responsibilities will include managing partner agreement requests, updating SFDC and back-office systems, and ensuring BMC Partners can transact successfully and benefit from the BMC partner program. Your objectives will be to deliver high-quality service, improve transaction velocity, and drive automation and optimization in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Fulfil incoming standard partner agreement requests, including drafting and executing over 7 different types of partner agreements and setting up/updating systems for new and existing partners. - Initiate the compliance process and provide initial review for Partner compliance program, escalating issues to the BMC Compliance team when necessary. - Conduct regular audits of contract data to ensure completeness and accuracy. - Coordinate with Channel Sales Managers to support their sales objectives. - Develop, document, and improve processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Recommend process improvements and automation strategies to enhance workflow stability and accuracy. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in sales operations. - Experience in drafting and executing partner agreements and contracts. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with CRM/SFDC reporting knowledge and Oracle skills being a plus. - Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive initiative. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate with stakeholders globally. - Preferred work timings: EMEA hours 12.30 PM - 9.30 PM IST.
