Role & responsibilities

• Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore team
• Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external
• Provide World Class Client Service
• Engaged in handling calls of enterprises & different business units (Internal & External in US) Maintaining a daily report and communicating with our US clients on a regular basis.
• Creating functional requirements and data mapping specification for projects

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in writing emails
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data
• Able to work on Google Doc and G-Sheets
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality
