• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support deal pipeline development
• Assist in deal structuring and execution, including financial analysis and coordination with legal and compliance teams
• Support M&A mandates through target identification, due diligence, and valuation modeling
• Prepare and refine pitch materials, proposals, and transaction briefs
• Build strong relationships with founders and business leaders to align with strategic goals
• Monitor mandate progress and ensure adherence to documentation and compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, customer success, finance) for smooth deal execution

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and research skills.
• Professional maturity and confidence to engage with founders and leadership teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and execution capabilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, opportunity-focused environment.
