In this role at PwC, your focus will be on finding, deploying, training, and enabling talent through talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Attracting and selecting top talent to join the organization - Identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success To lead and deliver value at this level, you will need to: - Apply a learning mindset and take ownership for your own development - Appreciate diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others - Adopt habits to sustain high performance and develop your potential - Actively listen, ask questions to check understanding, and clearly express ideas - Seek, reflect, act on, and give feedback - Gather information from a range of sources to analyze facts and discern patterns - Commit to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness - Learn and apply professional and technical standards Additionally, your responsibilities will include: - Delivering quality work within SLA or agreed-upon delivery date - Developing a deep understanding of the process SOPs and following the same in daily operations - Possessing a cooperative and positive attitude toward clients, management, and co-workers Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ months of relevant recruitment experience - Understanding different academic campus recruiting cycles - Demonstrated experience executing recruiting drives - Hands-on experience with campus/off-campus sourcing strategies - Ability to collaborate with a team - Strong written, verbal communication, organizational, analytical, consulting, relationship-building, and influencing skills Your educational background should ideally include: - Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's or Master's Degree - Minimum Years of Experience: 6+ Months - Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any stream.
