Job Description

Blue Dart is looking for Associate BWS to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Assist in Operational Planning: Collaborate with senior operations personnel to develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and procedures.
Data Management: Maintain and update operational data, records, and reports. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for decision-making purposes.
Supply Chain Management: Support inventory management, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of resources and products.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within operations. Suggest and implement changes as necessary.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards in operations and assist in quality control processes.
Logistics and Distribution: Assist in coordinating logistics, transportation, and distribution of products or materials.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
