The job roles and responsibilities are,
\u27A2 Cross sells products to existing sets of customers who are assigned. Informscustomers of new products or product enhancements to further expand therelationship. Maintains complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
\u27A2 Developing new and expanding existing Customer relationships by maximisingcustomers business by suggesting appropriate acquisition channels leveraging socialmedia and other forms of marketing to maximize clients - customerreach.
\u27A2 Maintains complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts.Responsibilities-
\u27A2 Developing the satisfaction level of customers by rendering services beyondexcellence in order to optimize a high percentage of customer satisfaction andretention.
\u27A2 Resolving escalated grievances and queries on a day-to-day basis.
\u27A2 Initiating contact with existing customers to help them further their business byacquiring new customers.
\u27A2 Developing strong relationships with Clients, connecting with key business executivesand stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition for the customer.
\u27A2 Analyse clients requirements and suggest new ways to acquire customers and newrevenue streams and to assist the customer with the same.
\u27A2 Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact.
\u27A2 Making weekly market development calls to Clients.
\u27A2 Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests.
\u27A2 Act as the point of contact for the client with other departments in the organization inorder to facilitate client requests.
\u27A2 Assist in planning- developing co-promotional campaigns, events, and B2C activities.
\u27A2 Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
\u27A2 Conduct promotional activities for market development - brand visibility
\u27A2 An immense interest in developing a relationship with the Clients. -
\u27A2 Todo-s , Account activity to be followed within the SLA - Zero Call backs missed.

Requirements
This role reports to the Business Support Manager.

Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years

Required Skills:The candidate should have the below skill sets,
\u27A2 Excellent communication and presentation skills
\u27A2 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
\u27A2 Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
\u27A2 Ability to work under pressure
\u27A2 Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
\u27A2 Track record of over-achieving quota
\u27A2 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
\u27A2 Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
