Associate Business Support

You are an experienced, energetic Associate Business Support responsible for generating new sales opportunities and increasing sales revenue for the UK & EU region through effective tele-calling strategies. Your main responsibilities include: - Initiating outbound calls to cold contacts within UK & EU time zones. - Effectively communicating and marketing IT services, products, and partnerships. - Converting cold contacts into potential leads and setting up appointments. - Maintaining organized records of contacts, leads, and appointments using Excel/CRM. - Ensuring consistent communication with internal stakeholders. - Meeting lead & pipeline targets to enhance brand visibility in assigned territories. - Collaborating with marketing, sales, and pre-sales teams to move leads through the sales funnel. - Adapting to evolving market conditions to optimize sales outcomes. You should possess the following skills and competencies: - 2-3 years of Tele-calling/sales experience in the UK region. - Strong command over English. - Preferred experience in the IT services industry. - Strong customer acquisition & sales skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. - Capability to overcome objections. - Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
