About The Role

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and analytically strong SEO ABM

to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a hands-on role that requires ownership of end-to-end SEO execution from keyword research and technical audits to content recommendations, link acquisition, and performance reporting.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, possess a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and advanced concepts, and demonstrate a data-driven approach to improving organic performance.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Create accurate keyword lists and organize content themes effectively.
  • Conduct independent keyword research with minimal supervision.
  • Evaluate website structure, information architecture, and content, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Understand client services/products and translate them into detailed SEO-driven content requirements.

Technical SEO

  • Perform technical audits including checks on breadcrumbs, heading tags, internal linking, and content accessibility.
  • Provide source-code-level recommendations to improve website crawlability and indexation.
  • Implement Meta tags and OG tags, ensuring context-based and keyword-rich Title and Meta Descriptions.
  • Deliver error-free on-page SEO recommendations.

Content & Link Building

  • Apply knowledge of keyword density, proximity, and Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) to create unique, non-duplicative content ideas.
  • Initiate backlinking activities with compelling headlines and keyword-rich descriptions.
  • Regularly refresh link inventories and stay updated with new content syndication platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Adhere to reporting timelines and proactively flag any deviations.
  • Track and analyze keyword ranking trends and key SEO performance metrics.
  • Investigate bounce-rate fluctuations and identify contributing factors.
  • Integrate insights from Google Search Console and Google Analytics to report on business performance improvements or declines

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or any relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO with proven results in improving organic visibility.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for staying updated with evolving SEO trends, tools, and techniques.
