Job Description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Associate Business Development to work in the IT & Networking sector. This position is ideal for recent graduates from management institutes who are eager to start their career in sales. The role involves promoting our IT and networking solutions, building client relationships, and contributing to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including sales meetings, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement:

    Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT and networking solutions.
  • Sales Presentation:

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Proposal Development:

    Create and present detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and company policies.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insightful recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to ensure transparency and effective management of sales processes.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Graduates from management institutes (MBA, PGDM, or equivalent) with a focus on sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Knowledge:

    Basic understanding of IT and networking concepts is preferred.A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.
  • Attitude:

    Proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales with a strong desire to succeed and grow in the IT & Networking domain.
