Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and Interacting with the potential customers
• Promote

  MRO services

  and make customers aware of the capabilities of the organization
• Study and analyze the

  RFQ/RFPs

  and prepare the responses
• Work with various stakeholders to understand the resource requirements and the cost impacts
• Compile inputs from various stakeholders and translate them into pricing models and prepare techno-commercial proposals
• Addressing queries from the customers to their satisfaction
• Provide the industry inputs to the management for the introduction of new capabilities or development of existing capabilities
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the customers
• Contributing to the development of long-term business and sales strategies
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field (Must)
• MBA from a premium institute (Must)
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Desirable)
• Defence and Airborne Systems (Desirable)
• Minimum

  8 years of experience in the related field

• Proven experience in managing business development functions
• Proposal and contract management
• Customer relationship management
• Good industry knowledge of MRO
• Analytical and presentation skills
• Knowledge of aircraft and its maintenance philosophies (Desirable)
• Knowledge of Defence & Aerospace industry in general (Desirable)
