Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Associate Brand Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will play a key part in developing and executing brand marketing campaigns across various channels, contributing to Myntra FWDs brand growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a data-driven individual with a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, display, search, influencer marketing) and events.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and impactful content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This may include social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and video scripts.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying key metrics and insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights that can inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Building: Contribute to the development and implementation of brand building initiatives that enhance brand awareness, brand equity, and customer loyalty.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including merchandising, technology, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with social media marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and content creation.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets.
