About the Role:

As we scale, we're looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. We're also open to candidates who have 1–2 years of prior experience in brand onboarding, managing, partnerships, or business development; ideally from a fashion/e-commerce background.

What you'll be doing:

• Identify and proactively reach out to relevant brands across target categories to expand the platform’s brand portfolio.
• Pitch the platform’s unique value propositions (USPs) to potential partners and build strong business cases for collaboration.
• Manage the complete sales funnel, including cold outreach, intro calls, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Achieve monthly targets for brand leads generated, conversion rates, and successful onboardings.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion to inform growth strategies.
• Monitor sales trends and ensure optimal stock availability, addressing any performance or inventory gaps.

• A student or recent graduate in fashion related degree.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and evolving trends.
• Someone with a natural flair for storytelling and relationship-building.
• Understands and has an interest in fashion and is excited to work at the intersection of creativity and commerce.
